Dear Friends,

It is with great sadness that we must inform you that our 2020 production of Cinderella is officially canceled. While we worked through so many different options of how to still put the magic on the stage, the state of our world simply will not allow it. Obviously, our top priority is the health and safety of our performers and our guests. 

We are heartbroken that our students will not have the opportunity to show off their dedication, hard work and incredible talents this year. We are all especially hurting for our Seniors who won’t get to take their final CV bow. Please keep them in your thoughts. 

Remaining positive, we look forward to next year when we can welcome you back with open arms to the Cumberland Valley Performing Arts Center to attend the Masked Ball, where Cinderella’s carriage WILL finally ride onto the stage and into your hearts on April 22 – 25, 2021!

We are offering the following options for our current ticket holders who purchased their tickets online:

  • It is our sincerest hope that you will choose to transfer your existing ticket(s) to next year’s production of Cinderella.   Your ticket(s) will simply be transferred to the same day/time of the week as it is now. For example:  A ticket for the Friday, April 3, 2020 at 7 PM performance will change to the new corresponding day/time – Friday, April 23, 2021 at 7 PM.

  • You may donate your existing ticket(s) to the CV Musical and return them into inventory for resale next year.

  • You may request a refund of your existing tickets.

Please Note:

  • If you purchased your tickets through our Cast, Crew & Pit PreSale, and wish to request a refund, you will need to contact the student who purchased your tickets, as there is a separate process for ticket purchased via our PreSale.

  • Our CV Musical Box Office will not be taking requests for ticket exchanges to new days/times or seats at this time.  If you choose to transfer your tickets to next year, you will be given this opportunity at a later date.

  • If requesting a refund, we ask that you please be patient as our Box Office staff works through this process.  We are hoping to have refunds processed within 30 days of each request.
